Far Out Gets Us to “Focus” with Latest Single

Far Out has been known to create an auditory experience that completely surrounds you in every note, every beat, every second. The end goal being his music creates a cinematic atmosphere that emanates through space, keeping your attention from beginning to end. The Canadian-based producer is returning to Ophelia Records with his latest single, “Focus”, featuring vocalist Heather Sommer, who has partnered with other Ophelia artists such as Jason Ross on “Open Water” and “One Look”. Earlier this year, Far Out released his debut single on Ophelia, “Constellation” with Karra, which reached over a million streams and before releasing his album, Bridges of Time, on Lowly Records.

He first brought his music mission to the world with singles like “House of Cards” and “Truest Lies” that ended up garnering the right attention. He soon found himself playing EDC Las Vegas and joining Illenium on tour as well as receiving support from tastemakers Marshmello, Slander, Seven Lions, Alan Walker, and many more. Since beginning in 2014, Far Out has achieved well over 60 million streams on Spotify, 200 million on Youtube, and 7.5 million on Soundcloud.

“Focus” whispers into our ears gently before coaxing us into this soundscape, with simmering cymbals, tender piano, and Heather Sommer’s effortless vocals setting the stage. We are once again met with a fully formed melodic experience that embraces us completely.
