Feint’s Fall Away EP acts is a wonderful present from the solo bass artist who’s grown so quickly in a short span of time.
Feint, who’s garnered over 250,000 plays on tunes like “Pastels” and over 700,000 plays on the Monstercat release “We Won’t Be Alone,” has focused his style on one of the many things he does well, drum and bass.
The 4-track EP has great energy all the way through, the vivid, hyper-melodic themes showcased via “Fall Away,” “Watch Me,” and “Shatter” give a listener a full sense of the world that Feint creates. He finishes up with “Sincere,” a simple, bouncy progressive house tune that has that classic 2012-2013 sound, but isn’t generic in the least.
In all, Feint kills it with Fall Away, delivering an experience that’s holds your attention and glides you through high energy, fun pieces.
