Upon first play-through you will immediately notice that ‘The Accident’ has very strong lyrics, Figure‘s style compliments Cas One extremely well. The opening seconds set the atmosphere for a serious and meaningful record. This is what Figure had to say about it:
CasOne and I have been working on this song for a few months now… the goal being to to embody both of our styles while still looking forward from what each of us have done in the past.
This sound is something I’ve been so into lately. From those that got the sneak peak, feedback is that it still sounds like “Figure,” but with a different mask.

I encourage you to listen to this tune carefully. I’ve had it on replay for about twenty minutes and I can honestly say I want to hear more. I love when artists step away from what is expected of them. This track reminds me of Zeds Dead and Omar LinX‘s ‘The Living Dead‘ EP, I’m a sucker for meaningful lyrics.
