Chicago’s very own duo, Flosstradamus (Curt and Josh), gives us a heavy semi-trance laden banger with Total Recall. The whole track is set off by the snare in the background along with the sensual vocal sample. This track just popped off the number 1 spot on hypem, a well deserved pinnacle.
Never heard of Flosstradamus? Well, they would tell you “this ain’t no middle of the mall shit”. They bring a musically inclined swag that is particularly unique and I am a big fan of the piano production they use. Their talent separates them from consideration in one specific genre and gives them a sound all of their own.
Don’t let this one track do them justice, I highly suggest you make a stop by the group’s soundcloud. I recall them at Rock The Bells in Boston a few years ago and was absolutely impressed as I originally had my hip-hop shoes on that day. Get familiar Rafters!
