Last week was “Steve French” this week it’s “Gold Love.” The new single’s beat is dramatic, the vocals are magnificent, and the drop is classic Flux. The track is easy to compare to the legendary “Louder (Flux Pavilion Remix,)” but “Gold Love” expresses a fresh, original production and a fun, contemporary drop. Both “Gold Love (feat. Rosie Oddie)” and “Steve French” will be featured on Flux’s new EP “Freeway,” set to release November 11th.
Flux usually releases small volumes of music periodically, but the sweat and blood poured into his sound is apparent and appreciated. Flux’s ability to maintain his roots, but not come off as repetitive, is difficult to accomplish, and that’s exactly what Flux has achieved.
