Out now on release from Sony Music Belgium comes a pair of hugely captivating remixes for your aural consumption. Talented pop-soul duo Friends In Paris, who struck it big with their amazing slow-roll hit ‘When Your Heart Is A Stranger,’ (which managed to find it’s way onto Fox’s hugely popular hit show Lucifer), have commissioned two fantastic, yet uniquely different remixes to give the track a little added weight.
The drawn out, breathless vocal which make the original so distinct still feature but listed remixers FLYES and Faisal each attack their versions with aplomb. Each remix puts a little bit of bounce into the track without sacrificing its soul, but the change in tempo and energy works really well. I would advise taking time to soak in both.
