UK DJ and producer George Smeddles has released his tech-house heavy Hard to Find EP, and it’s a hot one.
As the label co-owner of Resonance Records, this rising talent has earned plenty of attention as of late, He’s been busy releasing music on Erase, Toolroom, Jump Digital, and Daylight Robbery, with massive support from a number of the industry’s heavyweights, like Kerri Chandler, Jamie Jones, ad Mark Knight. Now, George Smeddles has set himself up nicely to begin closing out the year on a high note with his latest dance floor shaker, Hard to Find EP.
Out now on Resonance Records, this three-track EP is booming with heat and some heavy features. The title track, featuring Jimmy D, is a high-energy mix, that bounces along with a sizzling bassline and sensuous vocals. Next in line is the fiery “Club Control,” featuring producer Ying Yang. This track is a funky, feel-good tune that will get you grooving and your backside moving, as its vocals suggest. Finally, label co-owner Max Chapman offers a brilliant remix of the opener. You can expect to hear rolling bassline, chunky drums, big vocals and a packed punch of heat.
