For those of us that have been staying on the strip and/or in a local Las Vegas Airbnb, we have gotten used to the routine of pool party –> shower –> shuttle –> speedway –> shuttle repeat, for some time. While there are obviously benefits with staying in Las Vegas proper, including magnificent hotels, epic pool parties with EDC Week, and other local conveniences, Insomniac comes head to head with those things at Camp EDC. Check out the original trailer for Camp EDC 2020, which is now Camp EDC 2021 due to rescheduing, so don’t get confused by the dates:
Pool Parties
They are an integral part of the EDC Las Vegas experience. While you may not be hitting up the big pool parties on the strip, you get your own daily pool party, with no Uber or cab necessary at The Oasis Pool right in Camp EDC! While the schedule hasn’t been released yet, if it’s anything like 2019’s, four hours of pool parties each day before the festival sound pretty epic to us! Check out 2019’s schedule to get a sense:
Shuttles
You don’t need them. All you need are your two dancing feet to get you from Camp EDC to the entrance to the festival! Check out 2019’s map to get a sense below:
The Mesa
More like The Mecca, it is where all of the gatherings, events, activities, vendors, grub, and more happen. Composed of food trucks, vendors selling goods, The Oasis Pool, and three shaded areas/tents called the Sol, Cascada, and Tierra, this is where all of the other activities that you want to get in on happen. Yoga with goats, meditation, crafts, guest speakers, wellness events, massages, and more, this is where you wanna be to indulge and expand your horizon beyond the music.
Although we don’t have the exact schedule or listing of everything that will be included as part of Camp EDC right now, reviewing previous years shows us that we won’t be disappointed. We have all been through a lot since the last EDC Las Vegas 2019, and we couldn’t be more ecstatic to be back Under the Electric Sky, back at home in the Las Vegas Motor Speedway with our fellow Headliners to celebrate 25th years of Electric Daisy Carnival!
