Rising bass star 1788-L has been on everyone’s radar the past year. After a series of high level collaborations and constant festival appearances, it’s no surprise to see him teaming up with another legendary electronic trio. This time, The Glitch Mob has tapped 1788-L for a high energy track that blends elements of bass and electro house.
“Momentary Lapse” is the newest collaboration between The Glitch Mob and 1788-L; and we couldn’t be more in love. The track is packed to the brim with analog synths, enigmatic chords, and a throbbing bassline that has us craving more. Here’s what The Glitch Mob had to say about the track.
It’s been a blast for us this year to focus on working with younger artists that we are super into. We felt a creative synergy with 1788-L ever since we first heard his music. We asked him to remix ‘Disintegrate Slowly’ from our last album and after hearing that we knew we had to create something fresh together. – The Glitch Mob
