Drop what you are doing, Gramatik has just previewed the second single off his upcoming album “The Age of Reason”. While Gramatik has been known in the past to chill things out a bit, everything from this album has suggested a huge increase in the inherent energy of the tracks. The first single he released off the upcoming album, “Bluestep“, is a reverential clash of the Blues and Dubstep. The song is full of awesome guitar progressions, plenty of soulful lyrics and a healthy helping of bass wompage.
The newest single to be released, titled “You Don’t Understand”, is more accurately put into the electro-soul genre and begins with a scintillating piano and guitar riff in the intro before speeding off into the night with fast paced glitchy awesomeness. Combine said awesomeness with an equally soul-moving lyrical track, and you should have the recipe for an amazing addition to any music fanatic’s library.
