Grant Brings Us Euphoric Experience With “Starship”

Grant Boutin is one of the artists under the Monstercat label that practices taking on the perspective of an outsider looking in, considering how his music comes across to different listeners. His bio on the label’s website says that his music is, “tied to a life lived with introspection and compassion”. This definitely comes across in his music, all of it having this sense of attentiveness and invoking a self reflective response. “Starship” is his seventh single to come out under Monstercat and it is another example of why he should be on everyone’s radar for up and coming future bass artists. The song provides an uplifting, euphoric experience with rhythms and melodies that fuse together, leaving you in a dreamy, yet reminiscent headspace.
