This, however, never fails to put me in a good mood and is a light happy track from one of PLM’s masterminds. If you can listen to this one with a frown on, odds are you don’t like sunny spring days and also say no to free ice cream.

In my mind, this is hereby crowned the wettest drop in the history of electronic music. This is a track so soaked in soul you’ll need to pack a snorkel. The nearly nine minute masterpiece is simply just another jewel in the collection of Derek Vincent Smith’s productions.

A crushing horn hits you at the 0:43 second mark and your only recourse is to pinch your nose and weather the storm.

A pulsating synth couldn’t be more in place, and every complex layered sound has its spot in this work of art.
