Hangout Music Festival has an extremely well-diversed lineup planned for the 2015 experience. Sam Smith, Tove Lo, Gramatik, Krewella, Joey Bada$$ and dozens more are showing up Hangout to participate in the one-of-a-kind vibe that HMF is so famous for.
This week, the HMF team revealed which artists are playing on which day. By far, each day is going to be amazing in it’s own way.
A perfect Hangout day starts out arriving on-site and strolling through the vendors varying from hippie gear to monster sandwiches, getting re-acquainted with the environment. Next, you’ll most likely hear a dope reggae or indie band in the distance that will draw you into a positive, relaxed crowd whom are completely content with their current atmosphere. The show ends and you notice a little hut with the title “Malibu Beach House,” you walk over and hear a DJ dropping sounds you’ve never come close to hearing before in your life. After a few drinks, a mind-blowing set, and a bit more exploring, a hit rock-song you love catches your attention and makes your brain jump, you and your friends run over and jam to a rock band you’ve loved for years and had been dying to see. A break is in order, you try out a fully-stuffed burrito from a vendor company with a name you can’t pronounce, but with food you won’t forget. You finish off the night with an extended set from a legendary artist, like Stevie Wonder or Dave Mathews, holding your friends or loved one close while you sing familiar anthems together until the day ends.
Hangout Music Festival is not only one of the best festivals in the south, but one of the hottest, fastest-rising festival of the decade, this is one experience you don’t want to miss.
