Another California festival announced a new venue today. HARD Summer, set to occur from August 2nd & 3rd, will now be held at the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area. 10 minutes from downtown LA, the venue allows HARD to expand with more artists and stages. With Gary Richards (aka Destructo), at the helm, HARD will surely continue to deliver a fantastic festival with an eclectic lineup.
