You’ve heard his voice on hits by the likes of David Guetta, Steve Aoki, and Hardwell. Now, the British DJ and producer Harrison has taken a step forward and launched his own imprint “Outlaw Records” with new track “Blinding My Vision”, proving he is not afraid to take control of his own musical destiny.
Asked to comment on the track and imprint, the artist said:
Outlaw Records is my way of stepping out of my sound and exploring a new path with my music. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing studio time and collaborating with some incredible artists on many of my previous releases and that’s been truly amazing. For me now, I want to put focus on my own songwriting and musical visions with my own label. I love collaborating and it will forever play a role in my music but being in the studio this past year I’ve felt I needed to express my abilities in a way that’s completely fresh. The music I’m making today feels more like the Harrison sound I’ve always wanted to create.
Released on 2nd of March, “Blinding My Vision” has a particular, slightly nostalgic feeling which, combined with Harrison’s vocals, turn it into a listen-anywhere track. Soon after followed the video that features the singer destroying a car after it was used in a robbery. Sparks might blind Harrison’s vision but they certainly won’t stop him from releasing quality music as Outlaw Records evolves.
