Chillwave duo Hippie Sabotage just wrapped their wildly successful Lost California tour in October, and not even a month later the guys have just announced their 2019 North American Tour, The Beautiful Beyond. The California-bred brothers, Jeff and Kevin Saurer, will hit the road with support from Sebastian Paul, whose ‘Trojan Horse’ EP was released earlier this summer through Mad Decent and made some pretty massive waves in the industry.
The tour will kick off February 2, 2019 at The Warfield in San Francisco and continue through the Pacific Northwest with stops on the East Coast, and finally culminating at the Hollywood Palladium in L.A. on March 23, 2019. The big news precedes the Hippies’ forthcoming Christmas tour where they will be playing an intimate show in San Diego on December 20th, followed by a double-header in Orange County on December 21st and 22nd.
Not only has Hippie Sabotage had a massive festival run this past year playing at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, HARD, and Electric Zoo, but they have also been releasing heaps of new music on the regular. “Fading Into Fog,” “Distance,” “Caught Up,” and the highly acclaimed flip of Billie Eilish and Khalid’s “Lovely” were all recent drops that showcased the elusive vibe the brothers are known for. On top of all that, they recently dove back into their hip-hop roots, earning credits on Denzel Curry’s latest album TA1300 with “Mad I Got It.”
Be sure to purchase tickets for The Beautiful Beyond tour when they go on sale to the general public on Friday, November 16th. Citi Cardmember pre-sale will take place from Wednesday, November 14 to Thursday November 15.
