“Say That Way” showcases the uplifting side that not only Holly and Spaces can showcase, but Uprise Music as well. “Say That Way” reminds me of a fusion of the mysticism of San Holo (in particular with that lead synth melody) and the nostalgia of Porter Robinson.
Holly is on fire right now, he’s playing 8 shows before the year ends, has releases on Trap Nation, and even collaborated with Big Makk before his passing. Holly is on the incline to say the least. Spaces is in a similar boat, having locked down over 400K on one release, received a Nest HQ premiere on another, and has a handful of other nice accomplishments under the ol’ belt.
This song is a solid score all around.
