Nothing can take the place of Camp Bisco, but that doesn’t mean MCP Presents still can’t try to put on another top-notch festival for their loyal fan base this Summer. With Bisco being canceled until next year, the door was left wide open for a major festival in the NY area this July.
The Hudson Project seems to be up for the daunting task and then some. With the likes of Bassnectar, Modest Mouse, Kendrick Lamar, Tipper, The Flaming Lips, STS9, Moby, Excision, Big Gigantic, Griz, Atmosphere, Bonobo, Luttuce, Bro Safari, Flatbush Zombies… (I can go on and on) they are already a tough contender in the Summer festival game.
The Hudson Project has unexpectedly vaulted themselves into the upper tier of summer festivals for 2014 with a lineup that can compete against the mightiest out there today. Their eclectic mix of artists covers each genre with top-notch talent, and this is only the beginning.
Taking place on beautiful Winston Farm (the location of Woodstock ’94), campers will be calling the Catskill Mountains home from July 11th – 13th. Tickets for the 3 day camping festival go on sale April 4th and this is one you do not want to miss. The Hudson Project has put themselves on the map and it looks like MCP Presents will not be letting their expertise go to waste this Summer. Check back with WhiteRaverRafting for future artist announcements after you’ve taken some time to fully digest this perfectly balanced lineup we’ve just been treated to.
