Now, premiering his highly-anticipated hypernaut alias, David has decided to release his transcendent remix of AVELLO and Madeline Austin’s “Only You”. Explaining what led to the track’s production, David says, “I had been following AVELLO on TikTok for a couple of months, so when I saw him post the remix contest I immediately wanted to enter. When I finally got a chance to check out the stems and heard Madeline Austin’s vocals I instantly had tons of ideas swirling around in my head. I had been trying to find a direction for the hypernaut project and always wanted to try drum & bass so I decided to take a stab at it and fell in love with what came out.” Fusing together melodic bass, drum & bass, and future bass, hypernaut’s “Only You” remix takes listeners on a rollercoaster ride of celestial soundscapes.
