This Brooklyn-based DJ and producer began her career as a singer in a Russian military band before shifting her talents to the underground music scene in Moscow. In 2013, Julia Govor moved to New York and wasted no time making a name for herself. We’ve said this exact statement once, and we’ll say it again- there’s an art to each and every track Julia Govor creates. Whether it’s producing music or playing one of her entrancing sets, she does her thing with a purpose and passion that’s seemingly unparalleled to many of her male counterparts.
