Last year ID&T brought Sensation to the states and saw a huge amount of success. So much success that this year they’re actually touring Sensation around the US hitting four cities, including San Francisco, Las Vegas, Miami, and New York. Then they announced the sister festival to Tomorrowland – which is arguably the most successful electronic music festival in the world – titled TomorrowWorld.
If you thought that they were done there, you were very, very wrong. Just today I learned that ID&T will be bringing two more massive festivals to the United States in 2014. Both Q-dance and Mysteryland will defiantly give rivaling events a run for their money.
Q-dance is a hardstyle based event. And with artists like Porter Robinson including hardstyle records in their sets (at EDC New York) as well as producers taking a lot of elements from the genre. I’m predicting a huge explosion very soon, making this festival a must-go. It’s been reported that Q-dance will follow the path of Sensation and tour across multiple cities. While Mysteryland on the other hand is set to take place at a historic location somewhere in New York this spring.
Are you excited about these festivals coming to America? Will you buy tickets? and where do you think Mysteryland will take place? Let us know on Facebook, Twitter, or in the comment section at the bottom of this page.
