Insomniac Records In / Rotation Label Drops First Dual-Track Release From ATICA

Insomniac Records newest imprint, In / Rotation,  has delivered major releases since it’s commencement in March.  The label kicked off it’s launch with Dombresky’s “Technikal”, and has followed with notable tracks from Jayceeoh and Born Dirty with JAW & Cassius.

In / Rotation has returned with it’s first double-track release from the talented Madrid-based DJ/producer, ATICA.  The dual pack opens with the melodic future bass gem, “Like U”.  ATICA’s original creates a chill vibe with it’s soothing melody and euphonious vocals, making it the ideal opening track.  “Like U” supervenes with a vastly different, but equally amazing original, “Speed Up”.  ATICA delivers a deliciously funky house vibe with “Speed Up”, incorporating a heavier bassline and hypnotizing quirky dial tone.

ATICA has already seen success with releases on Spinnin’, Ultra, Confession, and now In / Rotation. Being known for his originality and not sticking to one particular style or genre, it seems as though Insomniac Records sub-label is a great fit for his music.

“Since I started ATICA project, the majority of my productions weren’t focused on the classic 128 BPM of house music and few record labels were ready to bet on more instrumental stuff. “Like U” is one example of me releasing music I really enjoy producing. Insomniac has given me the opportunity to deliver the music I feel most comfortable with.” – ATICA
