After a long day of finger tapping and refreshing the Fam page, Infrasound finally released the lineup for Equinox and the Fam went crazy. All day we saw people literally begging to see who will be satisfying their ear hunger, and judging by the reaction, no one was disappointed. With the die-hard community that surrounds the event, we all know Infrasound could release their lineup the day before and still pack Camp NCN with heads ready to get down in the mud (as long as there are Funktions).
With their flagship festival taking place in May, Equinox plays the role of “closing the book” on festival season for the Infra community late in the year (Sept. 17th-20th) and the lineup reflects that. It’s a bit more modest (barely) than May Infrasound, but there are still plenty of heavy hitters like Koan Sound, one of our favorites Liquid Stranger, 2 sets of Ganja White Night, and the legendary duo of Mala and Coki known as Digital Mystikz. It’s such a diverse and unique lineup, it’s impossible to look at without smiling.
