TMZ has reported that an electronic dance music fan by the name of Jennifer Fraissl is filing a lawsuit against Skrillex for stage diving on her at the end of a show at The Belasco in L.A during February of 2012.
“Fraissl says she was standing near the front when Skrillex beckoned the crowd forward — making it impossible for her to leave or even protect herself — and that’s when Skrillex jumped from his table … several feet above the stage.” – TMZ
Jennifer claims she has suffered several injuries since Sonny Moore, Skrillex, landed on top of her. TMZ has said that as a result of this incident Fraissl suffered a stroke. They’ve also mentioned that In her lawsuit she’s asking for “unspecified damages … medical expenses, loss of income, and more.”
Apparently TMZ has also reached out to both the nightclub and Skrillex’s team but has yet to get a response.
We’re not sure how much truth there is to this story, however, we’ll let you know more information as we receive it.
