‘In My Mind’ does just that after one listen from Ivan Gough. And he’s back again, this time with the beautiful Australian vocals of Penelope Austin. The original mix a powerful uplifting build, keeping the entrancing vocals of Penelope the focal point of the song.
The first remix by Stefan Dabruck adds in that jungle drum beat to give the song a darker feel. Imagine yourself fighting King Koopa.
Lastly we have an indie/nu disco remixed by Manila Killa. With pixie dust, piano beats, and an M83 feel, this one really does make you feel like you’ve arrived back from a long trip and you’re about to embrace a loved one.
