Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, DJ and producer Joel Fletcher ends the second month of 2018 by releasing “Where’s The Love”. The track features melodic vocals in an uplifting, pop-based vibe. Lyrics speak about love and infuse the song in a romantic tone, perfect for putting up with that Valentine’s Day nostalgia. This new track proves that, just as the lyrics say, Fletcher isn’t going to give up on his passion for producing music and we’re eagerly waiting for what’s next in his promising career.
Speaking of the track, Joel Fletcher addressed the roots of the song by saying: “When I was touring in Europe recently I did a writing session with Glen Faria who is a super talented singer/songwriter from Amsterdam. I played him a couple of different ideas to work on and we both caught a vibe on this song. We basically wrote the whole song in a couple of hours which was crazy!”
Fletcher began DJing at only 14 years old and since then has managed to land a spot in top 3 inthemix Australia DJ awards in 2014, kept a balanced discography of both commercial hits and underground tracks and has just recently wrapped up a US tour.
