John Monkman returns with his newest EP Make Noize that’s full of techno and deep house goodness. Released on Sasha’s Last Night on Earth label, the three track EP is perfect for late nights, early mornings, Movement, or when you just want to lose yourself.
“Mad Hatter” kicks off the EP with a fleeting build of confusion and searching, transitioning into a synth-spiked “Make Noize” that’s chaotic and frantic until quelling into a field of warped horns and flutes. Rounding out the EP, “INAWIO” goes deep, with contorted samples and gentle notes, finishing it off with an optimistic rise setting you off on the next journey.
