If you are in need of a feel-good, heartwarming track that also gives back to charity then look no further than Justin Caruso’s new track “Love Somebody”. Caruso is just a third year student at USC and he is already capturing everyone’s attention. He’s gained support from the Chainsmokers and 3LAU with his tracks reaching high numbers on streaming platforms. His most recent debut single, “Talk About Me” featuring Victoria Zaro reached one million streams in just a week and landed the #2 spot on the SoundCloud Dance chart. He recently went on a 20 city fall tour with 3LAU and he continues to push to better his music all the while getting his degree.
Caruso and the featured vocalist Chris Lee partnered up and in just three hours using face time they were able to nail down a chill, melodic pop hybrid. Chris Lee’s voice is perfectly smooth and sultry that easily blends across acoustic guitar riffs and floating electro melodies. “Love Somebody” has been released on 3LAU’s charity label BLUME. All the profits, sales, and streams go towards their goal to reach $30,000 for ACLU, a powerful voice in the intense political environment of today. When discussing this track, Justin gave some insight on the SoundCloud song bio,
“This song portrays that no matter how tough some things can be in a relationship or how hard times can get, its easy to do it all when you love somebody.”
We encourage you to spread the love with someone you care about or to those that really need it. This track is available on Spotify, SoundCloud, Hypem, and Youtube. Every stream gives back.
