K Theory do a little bit of everything and they do it well. Yesterday the pair threesome released an electro house warrior tune called “The Wall”. I’ve never checked a Beatport chart in my life, mostly because popularity contests are irrelevant in good music. Instead, I rely on artists on the come up with chips on their shoulders just big enough to be original and good.
“The Wall” is gritty, it has bounce – the mid-track snares are timely and the work as a whole seamlessly directs the listener’s energy from start to finish. Shuffle ready and I can dig it.
Also wanted to supplement the feature with this track “Hero”. Probably one of the more premier examples of bass music infused with hip hop. Sometimes the combination seems forced but in this case, not even the slightest bit.
