KJ Swaka and Hi I’m Ghost return to Kannibalen Records with their collaborative EP, Misfits. As can be expected from the two, the release features four brutally heavy tracks, displaying a number of interesting elements such as metal influences, unexpected bass-house and breakbeat drops, and ominous atmospheres. With each festival-ready track, Misfits is ready to annihilate the eardrums of all who hear it.
KJ Sawka is a highly recognized and respected figure in the industry, making his name known through his work as a member of Pendulum and Destroid. The artist has been successful with his unique ability to push boundaries of dance music, fostering innovation within the scene. With the launch of his own label, Impossible Records, he’ll be showcasing outstanding new talent while promoting an environment for growth and artistic development.
Nathan Davis and Tiago Nunez have been behind the Hi I’m Ghost brand since 2017. Since then, the artists have released with Firepower Records and DIM MAK, and have collaborated with Figure on his Never Say Die: Black Label release, Heartbeat of Hell. The act is supported by names such as Dirtyphonics, R3HAB, Krewella. Snails, Riot Ten, and Space Jesus to name a few. With each release, the artists gain more and more clout and they show no signs of losing any momentum.
