Ahhh.. we all remember our first time, sometimes it’s nice to think back, other times (and for most of us) not so nice. Lucky for 90% of the population, Lay-Far and Magic Number composed a track that will rid us of those awkward flashbacks and replace them the feeling that the initial listening of this track will produce– Pure magic.
Like The First Time is an perpetual groove that is both intimate and exciting. It starts off chill with a low drum beat then it picks up the pace while embellishments begin to flow in. Sweet vocals enter the space of the track, and your ascension to pure ecstasy begins. Like The First Time was released on Swedish label Local Talk in January of 2016 as part of a 16 track album called “How I Communicate Part 1”. Lay Far, a Moscow-based producer, collaborated with Magic Number (Ross Hillard) on this wondrous beat. Combining Hillard’s soulful touch with Lay Far’s atmospheric house strokes, Like the First Time is one of those tracks that is essential is any library.
Listening to Like The First Time will raise the hairs on your arms and neck as it kisses you in all the right places.
