One of Atlanta’s fastest rising stars Le Castle Vania has released his brand new EP “Feels Like Fire” via his own record label “ALWAYS NEVER.” Dylan Eiland has a long history of music productions packed full of power and enthusiasm – “Feels Like Fire” contains that same signature sound but with more great emotional moments built-in:
“Nobody Gets Out Alive,” the beginning track on “Feels Like Fire,” reintroduces LCV’s ass-kicking, high energy sound in a dark, mysterious manner. The story seamlessly segways into “Come Together feat. Mariana Bell,” a ballad with slurred tones and gradual build ups as well as sophisticated production and a melodic, bass-heavy twist. “Moving In Time feat. Must Die & Mariana Bell” expresses Le Castle Vania’s emotional highlights within the EP. Mariana Bell second appearance expresses a slower, more seductive vocal part within the dubstep-themed track. The second to last song, “Part Of Me feat. Crywolf and Alyssa Palmer,” shows the greatest variations in energy on “Feels Like Fire;” starting out with a soft vocal part and then exploding into a fury of poppy, exciting synths. The relaxed tempo and unique effects makes the final track, “Driving Away feat. SunSun” a great ending to the dynamic, 5-track EP experience, the simple instrumentation is phenomenal, adding a more cooled transition to the ending of “Feels Like Fire.”
Dylan got his start in 2006, where he dubbed his first hit remixes with the name “Le Castle Vania,” listeners fell in love with punk-rock electro-style sound, this time period laid the foundation of Dylan’s live-changing story.
From there, LCV has been embarking on an uphill climb; growing a following through the interwebs and garnering support from Deadmau5 to Justice to Skrillex. His last EP “Prophication” released via Mau5trap records, blasted Dylan into a new limelight. The EP features one of Dylan’s most dynamic singles “Raise The Dead” a single that mixes raw, dirty basslines with vocals of a post-hardcore track; bridging the gap between two surprisingly similar genres.
