Lights All Night is one of the biggest events when it comes to New Years Eve celebrations in Texas. And this is just phase one. Set to takeover the Dallas Market Hall once again for it’s tenth year anniversary, LAN 2019 is sure to come with some special treats to celebrate it’s success.
