A week after releasing his highly anticipated “Telekinetic” EP, Pretty Lights Music member SuperVision keeps the music coming with a very interesting remix of Lil Wayne’s “Love Me”. Appropriately labeled on his soundcloud as “future trap”, the remix incorporates SuperVision’s futuristic sounding synths and bass lines.
What makes this remix really great is its versatility. Hip-hop and rap usually go great with Pretty Lights Music members, and this remix is no different. I could easily see this fitting into a SuperVision set without interruption for its sampling and techy synths. However, it still definitely has a trap feel as well; SuperVision does it very differently, however its still pulled of beautifully. His use of distorted snares, synths and keys makes this, without a doubt, “future trap”.
