Superfly and AC Entertainment, founding partners of Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival has officially announced that Live Nation has acquired major share of this iconic musical event. Bonnaroo has now joined the likes of over 60 other music festivals that Live Nation now owns including Electric Daisy Carnival, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.
Live Nation CEO and President, Michael Rapino, spoke on the acquisition.

Superfly and AC Entertainment executives are amicably welcoming the partnership, eager to create an even better experience for festival goers with all that Live Nation has to offer. The founding companies will still continue to execute their usual day-to-day operations of the festival.

This year’s fest will be held June 11-14 in Manchester, Tennessee. Headliners set to include Deadmau5, Bassnectar, Flume, and a handful of legendary performers such as Billy Joel and Robert Plant and the Sensational Space Shifters.
