After a Juno-awarded summer hit, “Body,” Canada’s fastest rising dance act, Loud Luxury is back with another soon to be chart-topping single, “I’m Not Alright.” The infectious new tune was created in conjunction with genre-bending singer, Bryce Vine, whose track “La La Land” currently holds a spot in Spotify’s Top 20 U.S. Pop charts.
“We met Bryce at a party in LA through a friend when we got back from our fall tour. The next day, he came over and showed us an idea he made that was just a guitar and the chorus.”
“During our winter tour we worked across North America in hotel rooms, studios, and even an Uber with our headphones to finish writing the song. At the end of the day we are all human, we all make mistakes, but this song is about coming to terms with your flaws.” –Loud Luxury
Despite the track name, “I’m Not Alright,” has got that serene, carefree vibe that screams summer hit. The country guitar chords layered with the mellow vocals makes for the perfect pop-centric, radio-friendly tune. Stream/download “I’m Not Alright” here and be sure to add it to your current summer playlist.
