Although future bass has now become a staple in the EDM diet, the possibilities for innovation within the genre are still endless. Hailing from the City of Brotherly Love (Philly), Louis Futon took full advantage of the creative landscape to experiment with different hybrid production methods. Releasing his debut self-titled EP, the Philly producer demonstrates his various inspirations in all four originals that construct the EP – “Sir Rock,” “Silk,” “Take Off,” and “DRNUK.”
Each track takes on a life of its own to create a full picture story. To make this EP even more next-level, Futon asked producer friends Tijani, Kasbo, and Kill Paris to take a whack at his originals and create three flavorful remixes to make a total of seven tracks for the EP. The EP is available for free download at louisfutonbeats.com and will be uploaded to iTunes, Beatport, and Spotify on February 2nd.
