To celebrate five years of events at London’s Tobacco Dock, LWE have revealed the first phase of names for their New Year’s Day celebration to be headlined by Maceo Plex’s Maetrik moniker. LWE have welcomed over 250 underground and commercial artist’s to Tobacco Dock in the last five years, in addition to some of the biggest club brands in the industry such as elrow and ENTER. New Year’s Day 2018 will see LWE raise the bar once with a range of electronic acts ready to takeover the warehouse that is Tobacco Dock.
Maceo Plex is a close friend of LWE NYE having played at the very first Tobacco Dock New Year’s Day Party in 2014. Maceo Plex returns to the venue and is set to play his recently released new material after a five year hiatus as Maetrik, the darker moniker of Maceo Plex. Further names confirmed include Ukranian DJ Nastia, as well as techno class Axel Boman and Alan Fitzpatrick; Scot Lord of The Isles will make his debut alongside Bulgaria’s leading acts KiNK with Lauren Lo Sung rounding the lineup off.
