Meaningful deep house, empathetic-inspired brass and last but not least, the J-Pag soul-embodying topline find their way together on “Rainbow,” an aptly named title for the single highlights diverse collaboration while still presenting a quality original dance work.
Mars IX Project, who remain anonymous, find inspiration in blending organic instrumentation with the digital world, amplifying a unique space in between as their signature sound.
J-Pag, made up of two singers-songwriters, are an unlikely pair even by music industry standards, Julien, a windsurfer by day, supply the voice and emotion side of the project, and Alex, a classically trained pianist, fills in the background work and synergizes well with his co-partner.
