Marty Party is back with another two tracks off of his ep Six Shots of Jameson and an even bigger remix. If you haven’t heard Martin Folb aka Marty Party yet, you’re ears are in for an orgasm. He has a unique style of blending in hip hop tracks and vocals with glitchy dubstep lines.
We Don’t Give a Damn premiered on TSIS and was described as, “Glitch infused dubstep with a hiphop vibe that’s got that melodic Purple feel to it. The hip hop vocal sample, although short, really adds a lot to the track.”
Pretty Thoughts was dropped on The Untz and they called the track haunting and introspective (shit gets deep over there).
Marty Party also touches Clint Mansell’s “Lux Aerterna,” made popular by the film Requiem for a Dream (the happiest and saddest movie ever).
