Will the hip-hop meets-future bass fusion ever go viral or mainstream? You see hints here and there, bits and pieces of the sub-genre, undoubtedly hundreds of thousands are into the combination, that much is proven, yet still there has not been an undeniable awakening that the combination is the bees knees launching it into the centerfold of youth culture.
MEDZ and Kings’ “Unforgettable” will hopefully change this, this song isn’t a complex riddle and, in my opinion, it is a simple, great song that stands out that much further because there’s not alot of it out there – folks don’t know it’s the move yet. It’s everything you’d want if you are a fan of the sub-genre; strong arrangement, solid verses, solid beats that make you go “wait, what was that again?” Hope others will spread the love!
