Meilo brings laid back and ethereal vibes to the table with his latest, “ILY.” Told from the perspective of a character who is going through the experience of falling in love, the release takes us on a journey through her feelings. The atmospheric nature of the production breathes life into the narrative, characterizing the elation associated with romance. Falling on the dreamier spectrum of Meilo’s sound, “ILY” gives listeners a closer look at how broad that spectrum truly is.
Mielo is coming off a breakout year in which he received support from the likes of The Chainsmokers, Gryffin, Pretty Lights, Slow Magic, Don Diablo, Autograf, and Arty. Additionally, he performed at events such as Spring Awakening, Okeechobee, 515 Alive, and Soulstice Music Festival, and provided direct support for Drezo on his “Evil Live Tour.” With several projects in the works, Meilo aims to build anticipation for what he has up his sleeve.
