After being turned away from a nightclub in St. Petersburg, Russia a group of men returned armed with at least three weapons and began discharging them in the air and at different buildings. They were also shouting “Allah Ahkbar” while shooting.
It doesn’t appear that anyone was killed or that the men intended to hurt anyone. The acts seems like retaliation from getting rejected from the club.
The dangerous act of false bravado encouraged many individuals to take to social networks to try and identify the parties involved. Translations are rough but it looks like over 60 people have been detained.
