Monstercat recently announced they’ll be eliminating the gap between Monstercat and it’s fanbase. How? By becoming a Monstercat “Music Tastemaker.” It’s as simple as it sounds: fans submit music they find Monstercat-worthy, granting empowerment and influence over the label to new and veteren Monstercat fans alike. Monstercat explains:
By submitting what you deem Monstercat-worthy tracks to the Tastemaker demo-box, you have the opportunity to become a valued member of the Monstercat tastemaker team; a coveted group of curators who will work together to discover future Monstercat artists. To earn a spot in the Monstercat Tastemaker team, we are looking for those who are going to surprise us with both what they dig up for tracks and prove to us their keen ear for great music.
