Maryland and Baltimore prepare yourself as Moonrise Festival is officially slated to return for another year of fun in the sun. The festival will once again kick off on August 11th and 12th on Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore. Pimlico has long hosted Moonrise Festival and has proved to be a suitable location for the two day festival. Last year’s Moonrise boasted artists such as Dillstradamus, Porter Robinson, Kaskade, Excision, Afrojack, Malaa, and RL Grime to name a few.
Following this announcement comes news that the lineup will be released this spring. Although we can certainly speculate, we’ll have to wait for an official announcement in the coming months. If there’s one thing we know for certain it’s that it might be tough to top last year’s stacked lineup. Tickets go on sale January 26th at 12:00 noon, EST.
