In classic Asheville style, Mountain Oasis Festival, set to take place this October 27-29 in Asheville, NC, has announced an official Mountain Oasis beer, being called the “Electric Pale Ale”. Made by the Asheville Brewing Company’s head brewer Doug Riley, the Electric Pale Ale is “the perfect mash-up of El Dorado hops and the always electric Citra hops creating a delicious brew with a floral nose, a rocking profile and a fresh, clean finish.”
It’s awesome to see a city coming together for an event such as this, and I personally cannot wait to try to Electric Pale Ale. If you’re in Asheville, you can attend the Electric Pale Ale launch party on Wednesday, September 18th from 5PM-8PM at The Mill. Marley Carroll will be DJing and the first 100 visitors get free t-shirts. This is a great opportunity to enjoy some great beer, hear some good music and get hyped for Mountain Oasis this October.
