Movement Festival this year decided to do away with phased lineups, and instead released the whole shabang in one fell swoop that we are still in awe and excitement over.
Wu-tang will be making a 25th anniversary appearance, Loco Dice will go b2b with The Martinez Brothers, and Claude VonStroke will all be closing on separate days to make it one hell of a crowd each and every single night. The lineup seems to have incorporated more tech house this year including Justin Martin, Eats Everything, and J.Phlip to name a few. However, by no means does that mean that they’ll only be playing tech house, and surprises will abound for sure.
After last year’s schedule, we were in awe at the main stage steps, raging in the Resident Advisor Underground Stage while the rains passed, waving “Hello Canada, eh?” from the Pyramid Stage, and hanging out in the lush Red Bull Music Academy. Make no mistake, with this lineup, we’ll be covering all stages again this year.
