With only a few days left until Mysteryland and set times released, schedules of what artists to see and what stages to visit are being frantically made and while some decisions might be tough, a visit to the BangOn!NYC stage is a must.
Started in 2007 on a Brooklyn rooftop, BangOn!NYC has made its mark throughout the Big Apple including the festival scene. Since it’s inception, BangOn! has been dedicated to bringing attendees unique and unforgettable experiences and music. With memorable productions such as SESSIONS 001 & 002, their annual New Years Eve event, ‘Time & Space,’ ELEMENTS music and arts festival (tickets still available here), and past appearances at Mysteryland, the time, artistry, ideas and passion that BangOn! exudes has not gone unnoticed.

Returning for the third year, BangOn! has certainly upped the ante. Differing from past years, BangOn! will be hosting a full stage set up on the main grounds of the festival as well as full three days of musical programming. Their famous BangOn! Boombox Van, Lotus Art Car, Elemental Pyramid, Cosmic Hourglass and Coney Island Themed Booths will be making an appearance as well as some brand new installations. BangOn!NYC will be bringing aerial and interactive performances from The House of Yes, two brand new art cars, themed chill-out areas, climbable buses from The Junxion, fire breathers, go-go dancers and a smorgasbord of visual and auditory delights.

Not sure who to check out while visiting this stage? Some of our favorites include Eau Claire, the DC native who started the popular Feed Me Disco series, N2N who recently released a remix of KOLAJ’s “The Touch” earning a #1 spot on Soundcloud, with appearances at Burning Man, U-Street Music Hall in DC, and internationally in Italy and Norway, The Golden Pony, hailing from NYC who recently released a brand new remix of Sia’s “Bird Set Free” which hit #1 on Hype Machine, Akki, another NYC native who recently killed it at the Knitting Factory during EDC NY weekend in Brooklyn and DJ Dirty Looks, also a NYC resident with many appearances at BangOn!NYC events.
