In Dallas, Texas tonight, the forecast looks like a 100 percent chance of Moombahton showers.

If you’re an avid reader of WhiteRaverRafting.com, we take this time to sincerely thank each and every one of you. And you must know by now that Moombahton is and always will be one of our favorite genres. Ever. Moombahton skips all the flashy lights and EDM gimmicks by going straight to the thick basslines, distinct kick drums, snares, claps and booty shaking.

Tonight at the cultured Deep Ellum venue, Trees, Mooombah legends and creators NADASTROM featuring special guest GENT & JAWNS (with support by Cache Money & dBa Ren) will be throwing down what is sure to be a hot and steamy all night dancing experience. Dave Nada of NADASTROM may be the inventor of Moombahton, but the set is sure to mix in a vast selection of dance-heavy genres including trap, twerk, ethnic Latin sounds, deep, house, hip hop, punk rock and more. Keeping things local the event came to fruition thanks to Can’t Stop Entertainment, an up and coming entertainment/event collective started by fellow DJs Michael VanNatta and Ren Petroff, whose primary goal it is to keep bringing diverse acts to Dallas that aren’t just chart toppers.

So get dressed, grab your girlfriends and come out to Dallas, Texas’ own version of U-HALL Moombah Massive. Doors open at 7.
