The newest addition to Swedish label Snafu Records is from Anna Mae, a Nashville-based singer and songwriter. Not long ago she dropped the infectious “Single-Minded,” which has seen great success. Mae now follows it up with “You Might Be Better,” which we also really dig.
Expressive and fluid in its melodies, “You Might Be Better” will have you singing along to its sweet pop vocals in no time whatsover. Its creator says: “I’ve always loved romanticizing over the past but it’s a special moment when you know that none of those past memories are better than your present, and that’s exactly what ‘You Might Be Better’ is about.”
